​​For the OPENING NIGHT GALA (College/University/Professional Companies) :

​

Performance submission fees are $50.

​

Your company is allowed to submit up to 1 work for performance. Time limit for presenting total is 12 minutes.

​

• The performance will be Friday, October 23, 2026 at I.M. Terrell Performing Arts Center

  •  1900 I M Terrell Way, Fort Worth, TX 76102

• Works submitted must be in one of the following dance idioms: ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, tap, musical theater, or world dance

• Works submitted must be a final product, preferably in costume 

• Please submit a clear and clean recording of your work, for programming purposes. 

• Details for tech and a schedule will be sent at a later time

• To protect choreographic rights, videotaping will not be permitted by the audience at the performance. The Terrell Dance Union will videotape the performance and provide a copy to each director

• Works submitted must be in one of the following dance idioms: ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, tap, musical theater, or world dance

• New this year!--The Terrell Dance Union will notify all accepted works at a date TBD.

Performance Registration guarantees your performance group a performance spot on Sunday's program. This program will highlight high school dance programs across the city, and our local dance studios!!

For High School Directors and Studio Owners:

​

Performance fees are $45 to perform 1 dance, $90 to perform 2 dances, and $100 to perform 3 dances. 

​

This allows your studio to submit up to 3 works for guaranteed performance. Time limit for each individual piece is 7 minutes.

• The performance will be Sunday, October 25, 2026 at I.M. Terrell Performing Arts Center

  •  1900 I M Terrell Way, Fort Worth, TX 76102

  • New this year!--There will be 2 different show times. Once registration closes, you will receive an email, with your assigned performance time

• Works can be choreographed by teacher, student, or guest choreographer

• Works submitted must be in one of the following dance idioms: ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, tap, musical theater, or world dance

• Works submitted must be a final product, preferably in costume

Festival Full Participation Registration

​

The student registration fee is $125. This guarantees the student full access to all that the festival has to offer. The registration fee provides:

• Access to 3 tickets for each performance at I.M. Terrell Performing Arts Center

• 6 Master Classes on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at I M Terrell Academy

• Food trucks will be on the grounds for self-purchase during the day

• Festival T-shirt

Studio/School Directors will have to receive payment from each student participant and complete the registration form below with payment in one transaction. For those students who attend multiple schools/studios participating in the festival, each individual student will be responsible for making sure that they don't pay the student registration fee more than once.​
